Date: 20 June 2017
Place: E.N.S.A.P.L.V (École nationale supérieure d'architecture de Paris-La Villette, 144 Avenue de Flandre, 75019 Paris)
The Rhino user meeting event aims to create a multidisciplinary exchange network where attendees will be able to learn and gain inspiration from each others in the most varied industries.
With a focus on AEC and product design, keynote speakers will give attendees the opportunity to learn how Rhino combined with a number of plug-ins has made it possible to convert ideas into real projects.
Presentations will be held in French language:
- 3dRudder: a groundbreaking foot-powered 3D mouse for CAD.
- VisualARQ: flexible BIM software for Rhinoceros which adds easy modeling of free-form architecture and dynamic project documentation.
- RhinoPiping: high-end 3D piping software. The new beta of RhinoPiping Pro+, which brings a BIM export feature to RhinoPiping, will be presented at the User Meeting.
- V-Rayfor Rhino: physically based lighting and rendering software developed by a worldwide leader in computer graphics technology.

Rhinoforyou, VisualARQ french resellers, will be present as sponsor at the annual conferences rese arch MEETUP 2016, and will offer exclusive demos of Rhino, Grasshopper and VisualARQ.
rese arch MEETUP is an annual international conference and networking event bringing together practitioners and theorists of computational design in architecture, experts in digital manufacturing and related contemporary thinkers and philosophers.
One of the main supporter of the event is the prestigious École des Ponts ParisTech, which is launching the Advanced Master DESIGN by DATA.
DESIGN by DATA is also the topic of the spring 2016 edition of the rese arch MEETUP Paris hosted by VOLUMES: the event will host lectures elaborating on the idea of a design ruled by input parameters, big data, statistics, numerical simulations and its impact on the essence of architecture as a cultural discipline.
Ján Pérnecky of rese arch (an independent platform supporting research, education and critical thinking in architecture in Europe and worldwide), in collaboration with Francesco Cingolani of Volumes Coworking.
Daniel Bolojan, Phil Ayres, Efilena Baseta (Noumena), Francesco Cingolani and Ján Pérnecky.

When an architect wants to know what solutions to his/her design and creation problems VisualARQ can offer, our series of videos of Ville Savoye can be a good introduction. Obviously, the software potential is much broader but still, we manage to present a project in different chapters that allows an approach to our technology.
VisualARQ render and plans of Ville Savoye
When choosing a landmark building, we had hundreds to choose from and we selected Le Corbusier “Ville Savoye”. We were attracted by the building but also by the author, the man who went beyond the construction plans and created internal and external landscapes acting out of freedom and lack of conventions. A man breaking new ground matches well with a technology that also breaks with the traditional way of creating architecture.
With this background, it is inevitable to pay attention to the Le Corbusier. An atlas of modern landscapes exhibition, organized by the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York in collaboration with Le Corbusier Foundation in Paris. In New York, it attracted more than 400,000 people, including visitors outside the architectural world, since Le Corbusier work and approaches raise interest beyond technique. The following exhibition stops in 2014 will be Barcelona (January-May) and Madrid (June-October).
